Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout. If your protected package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
